With the COVID-19 cases increasing in Ernakulam, Kerala, Health Department of Kerala started taking measures to introduce third phase. As a part of the plan, they have started a COVID treatment facility at the AIMS Community Hall at Njarackal. The infrastructure and manpower required for operating the facility are being provided by Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi.
