“I visited the Amrita Business School in March 2004. Frankly, I had not heard much about the School; so it was with very little expectations that I entered the School. Four hours later I stepped out, quite pleasantly surprised to have seen in place some of the basics for a good management school. The quality of teaching faculty was indeed mind-boggling – people graduating from Schools like Kellogg, Wharton, the IIMs and the IITs were quite a surprise. The same was aptly complemented by managers from industry including all key sectors, with exposures to various fields. The dedication and passion that they displayed about the School can be easily a benchmark for most premier institutes. The infrastructure was indeed amazing, especially to someone like me who had not had the opportunity to get exposed to such quality of location, infrastructure and environment, in spite of doing my engineering from Delhi and my MBA from Mumbai! I would rate the campus as one of the most conducive across the country for good learning. And a couple of hours of interaction with the students revealed a good mix and quality of students and showing a lot of future promise as well. With some students from the institute already doing well within the ICICI group, I am sure this School is likely to be soon counted amongst the best in the country.”
