Faculty and research scholars from Amrita School of Biotechnology attended a two day International Conference on Bacteriophage Research and Antimicrobial Resistance (ICBRAMR) from  December 12-13, 2019, organized by the School of Biosciences and Technology, VIT, Vellore.

A team of 10 delegates from the research group of Sanitation Biotechnology from the Amrita School of Biotechnology participated at International conference on Innovative Strategies for Sustainable Water Management (ISSWM-2017) held at Lovely Professional University (LPU), Punjab, from November 17- 19, 2017.

Professor Thor Axel Stenström, SARChI (South African Research Chair Initiative) Chair in Development and Optimization of Wastewater Treatment Technology for Developing Economies, at Institute for Water and Wastewater Technology Durban University of Technology, visited Amrita School of Biotechnology on 27-28 February,2017, to explore different opportunities of collaboration with Sanitation Biotechnology Laboratory of Amrita School of Biotechnology as part of the project funded by Bill & Melinda Gates foundation.
