| 2025 | CEMS | The International Conference on Advanced Materials and Green Technologies (ICAMGT 2025) was held at Amrita from July 24th to 26th. The conference included plenary talks, keynote lectures, technical paper presentations, and panel discussions. The Pre-conference workshop ‘Electrochemical Techniques for Energy, Environment and Sustainability,’ included demonstrations and data analysis sessions by experts from Arizona State University and Amrita. The second workshop, on ‘Solar Energy Conversion and Storage’, was led by Dr. K. Kalyanasundaram (EPFL, Switzerland) and Dr. Kumaresan (Amrita), and focused on state-of-the-art solar technologies and energy storage. |

The talk shared interesting ideas on how waste management can be tuned to generate valuable resources. |

The session explored the multifaceted challenges of maintaining safe drinking water amidst climate change, emphasizing climate resilience strategies, community engagement, and the integration of innovative technologies with supportive policies. |
