Bio

Dr. Anand Raj Hariharan is currently working as Assistant Professor. He received PhD from IIT Madras in 2014. His research was in the area effect of mixing enhancement in a supersonic combustor using fuel injector. Being specialized in Computational Fluid Dynamics, he is interested in high-speed propulsion engineering flow fields and chemically reacting flows in Ramjets and scramjets. He is presently focused on Large Eddy Simulations.
He completed B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology and M.Tech. Propulsion Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering, Thiruvanathapuram. He has been in teaching and academics since 2004.
His teaching interests include Thermodynamics, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Turbulent flows, Aerospace and Rocket propulsion and Computational Fluid Dynamics.
