Lean service is more important as it is a concrete mixture of tools and practices which when applied according to the situations faced that would certainly improvise the same ensuring the generation of financial and economic outcomes. Due to its evolution, lean is being implemented in service industries for attaining a competitive edge as well as high customers' satisfaction. There is a current necessity in service industries to improve the level of services being offered to the customers. This research work extensively focusses on developing a framework for identifying and analyzing the main factors involved in the practices of lean in Super Market services through the deployment of Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) framework. © 2016 IEEE.
