Amrita IQAC Support to Board of Studies (BoS) of Various Autonomous Higher Educational Institutions

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is supporting several autonomous higher educational institutions and universities pan-India in terms of knowledge exchange, dissemination of best practices, and participation in various academic committees. As part of this IQAC mentoring program, on June 5, 2023, Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Vice-Chairman – IQAC, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, participated actively in the online Board of Studies (BoS) meetings of the following institutions:

• 8^th BoS of B.Tech in Robotics & Automation program of Saintgits College of Engineering (Autonomous), Kottayam, Kerala. The BoS meeting was presided by Dr. Sreekala KS, HOD of the Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) department of Saintgits College, and approved the changes in regulations and board of examiners for the program.
• 13^th Board of Studies (BoS) meeting of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, School of Computing, MIT-ADT University, Pune. The BoS meeting was presided by Dr. Ganesh Rajaram Pathak, HOD-CSE of the university, and approved the proposed course structures of MS by Research, Work Integrated M.Tech, and B.Tech (Specialization in Software Product Engineering) programs.
