EngiNX is an engineering design & innovation contest organized by TCS – Engineering & Industrial Services Unit. The theme of the contest was ‘Digital Twin’. A Digital Twin is an exact copy or a replica of a physical asset or a system and behaves similarly to an IoT device. It provides students an opportunity to provide a solution to a real-life problem using the concept of Digital Twin and also start their career with TCS IoT unit and helps TCS spot talent with demonstrable skills. A digital twin, when conceived right from the conceptual design phase through the deployment phase, will enable a complete digital footprint of the product. We have been constantly encouraging our students and faculty members to innovate in cutting-edge technologies like the digital twin, IoT and showcase these in international and national contests. I am very proud of the achievements of this CSE team, Team Vision”.
