The volunteers of Samskriti, the cultural forum of the School of Arts and Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi campus, visited the tribal village near Pooyamkutty on February 18, 2017.

Pujaneeya Swami Purnamritananda Puri blessed a brief function with his message and bhajans. Tribes also sang bhajans and presented dances. Volunteers presented gifts to more than 120 tribal’s and visited their houses and paid their respects to the head of the tribal’s (Mooppan) and shared food with them. Sri. Lalu, Sri. Narayanan and other devotees of Amma and their families coordinated the visit.
