For the purpose, the project studies the low-price fish chains that service low-income consumers in selected city regions of South Asia (India) and West Africa (Ghana).
It is a major research program funded by the NOW-WOTRO, Netherlands (Euro 750,000) and includes various international partners: the University of Amsterdam, University of Ghana, East Carolina University, WorldFish and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
