Amrita School of Pharmacy welcomed its new batch of B. Pharm., M. Pharm., Pharm. D. and Pharm. D. (PB) students on August 8, 2018.

Dr. Sabitha M., Principal, Amrita School of Pharmacy, delivered the welcome address. The benedictory address was given by Sampoojya Swami Purnamritananda Puri, General Secretary, Mata Amritanandamayi Math.

The program was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. Jyoti Iyer, General Manager, R & D, Biocon, Bangalore. Dr. Shantikumar Nair, Dean Research, also addressed the gathering.

There was also a presentation introducing the courses, faculty, school and campuses by Dr. Vidya Viswanad, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics, Amrita School of Pharmacy. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Umadevi P., Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacology, Amrita School of Pharmacy.
