The cultural fiesta Onam was celebrated in full grandeur at School of Arts and Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi campus, on August 19, 2015. The celebration started with Thiruvathirakali by the staff. The students participated in various cultural programs such as Thiruvathirakkali, Onappattu, Chendamelam and Pulikali. The students guised as various deities aligned in front of the procession held at the campus. Flower carpet competition was organized in the school auditorium and prizes were distributed. The Onam celebration for 2015 concluded with a grand Onam sadhya and payasam distribution by Swamiji.
