The department of Management, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi, held its Onam celebrations on September 8, 2019. The students, faculty and the non-teaching staff contributed towards making the event a huge success. Onam celebration at the department was a celebration of festivity, colours, joy and rich tradition of Onam. The eventful day began with ‘Pookalam’ competition and followed by prayer, a message from Sunanda Muralidharan (Chairperson), a dance performance by students, games, and traditional ‘Onasadhya’. The faculty and other staff members also participated in the events and enjoyed the day. Onam celebrations came to an end with the ‘Chenda Melam’ beats as students danced along and left with fun college memories.
