Babu, final-year PG scholar, Department of Kayachikitsa, Amrita School of Ayurveda, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, won the first prize in the poster presentation competition titled "Neurological Movement Disorders" at Saadhanaa 3 - National Seminar on Clinical Aspects 2020, conducted by Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College, Kothamangalam, Kerala, from February 6 to 8, 2020. The poster presented was “Clinical Significance of Lashuna Rasayana Prayoga in Huntingtons Disease”.
Dr. Swathy V., second-year PG Scholar, Department of Swasthavritta, School of Ayurveda, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri campus, participated in the paper presentation competition at Sadhana 3 - National Seminar on Clinical Aspects 2020, held at Nangelil Ayurveda College, Kothamangalam from February 6 to 8, 2020. Overall there were 240 papers selected for the paper presentation competition. In the departmental level preliminary round, Dr. Swathy bagged the first position from the department of Swasthavritta and was selected to the final round. 15 participants representing their respective departments presented the papers in the final round. A panel of 8 senior judges from various streams of Ayurveda evaluated the paper presentation. In the final round, she won the second prize for the best paper presentation. The prize included a cash prize of Rs. 3000, certificate of merit and a trophy.

The topic presented was “Concept of Uttarottara Dhatuposhana in Relation to Cell Differentiation”. The prize included a certificate of merit and a trophy.

The theme of the competition was 'Treatment Perspectives in Diabetes Mellitus'. Dr. Joseph presented a poster on the topic of 'Prevention and Management of Diabetic Neuropathy by Padabhyanga and Atibala Kashayapana'.
