Bio

Dr. Somasekharan T M currently serves as Assistant Professor at the Department of Commerce and Management, School of Arts, Humanities and Commerce, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi Campus.

Dr. Somasekharan T M. received his Ph.D. from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Deemed to be University (Established Under Sec. 3 of UGC Act, 1956) Coimbatore, 641021, Tamilnadu. He has done his M. Com from Indhira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi, MBA (HRM) from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu, and MA (Economics) from MG University, Kottayam. He has completed M.Phil degree from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. He has 22 years of experience in teaching. He has received Education Award of Kalamassery Legislative Constituency from Minister for Industries in 2021. He has experience in handling Kerala State Literacy Mission classes and has served as an academic counselor and project guide at Indira Gandhi Open University. He has membership in Kerala Economics Association.
