Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru campus celebrated the graduation day across engineering, management, technology, and research programs, marking a proud milestone in the institution’s pursuit of academic excellence and values-based education.
The ceremony commenced with a welcome by Dr. Manoj P., Director, Bengaluru Campus. Swami Ramakrishnanandapuri, Member of the Management Board and Treasurer, delivered the blessing address, inspiring students to dedicate their education to the service of humanity and nature.
Dr. T.G. Seetharam, Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), graced the ceremony as Chief Guest, urging graduates to contribute meaningfully to society and nation-building. With the world evolving technologies that could possibly be disruptive, Dr. T.G. Seetharam urged that the graduating students be the ones to drive them responsibly and ethically, using them for inclusive growth, sustainable development, and better quality of life. Shri Ritesh Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Karnataka Finance Department, addressed the gathering as Guest of Honour and inspired the young minds with nationalist fervor of young freedom fighter Khudi Ram Bose.
Degrees were personally conferred by Swami Ramakrishnanandapuri in the presence of senior dignitaries, Dr. T.G. Seetharam, Shri Ritesh Kumar Singh including Dr. Sriram Devanathan, Principal, School of Engineering; and Dr. Gopalakrishnan E., Principal, School of Computing.
This year’s graduating class includes 595 B.Tech, 99 MBA, 74 M.Tech, and 10 Ph.D. scholars, reflecting the university’s emphasis on academic rigor, innovation, and holistic development.
