Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s esteemed FOSS club, amFOSS, proudly announces another notable achievement. We are pleased to share that our very own members, Hridesh MG and K K Surendran, were invited to attend the Y Combinator Startup School India Talk.
Y Combinator’s Startup School India is a selective, application-based initiative that brings together builders, engineers, and aspiring founders from across the country. The program focuses on guiding early-stage entrepreneurs in building products, finding users, and scaling ideas, with insights from YC partners and leading startup founders.
As part of this invitation, participants gain access to YC’s startup ecosystem along with exclusive benefits, including cloud credits from Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, and AI API credits from platforms such as OpenAI, xAI (Grok), and Anthropic, collectively valued at up to $25,000 to support building and experimentation.
Their selection reflects the initiative and drive that amFOSS continues to foster. We are proud of their achievement and look forward to their continued journey in building and innovation.
Congratulations, Hridesh and Surendran, and best of luck on this exciting journey!
