Ms. Anu Susan Kurian, a B.Sc. Microbiology student of 2016-2019 batch at Amrita School of Biotechnology, Amritapuri, was selected for the Summer Research Fellowship Programme (SRFP) 2018 by the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR).

The programme proves to be popular and competitive each year and about 2000 students from all over India apply for the fellowships awarded. All the fellowships are supported by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
