Amrita Launches Helpline & Amrita Kripa App to Help Flood Affected in Kerala

Mata Amritanandamayi Math has launched round-the-clock Amrita Helpline and Amrita Kripa App, to rush immediate help and bring the much needed relief to the flood affected people of Kerala.

The Amrita Helpline has been set up at Amritapuri Campus by AYUDH volunteers and Amrita TV for helping people stranded in the flood. The Helpline acts in tandem with the Amrita Kripa App, an Android App.

Mata Amritanandamayi Math Plant One Lakh Seed Balls in the Ghitorni Forest Area

The national capital region has become highly populated with fast shrinking green cover and increasing levels of air pollution. More than 200 volunteers from the Mata Amritanandamayi Devi Math (AYUDH), concerned with the alarming situation, conducted a massive seed-ball plantation drive, dispersing more than one lakh seed balls in the city’s forest areas.

Concerned over shrinking green cover and increasing air pollution in Delhi, more than 200 followers of Mata Amritanandamayi Devi planted one lakh seed balls in forest areas of Delhi. People from different backgrounds and age groups, from school students to elders, came together from the cities of Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad. The volunteers included youth from the Delhi-NCR chapter of AYUDH (the youth wing of Mata Amritanandamayi Math).
