Bio

Dr. Santhy A currently serves as Assistant Professor (Level 11) at the Department of Chemistry, School of Physical Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri Campus. She joined the department of Chemistry, Amrita in the year 2014. She completed her M.Sc. from the University of Kerala in 2011 and has qualified CSIR-NET with 14th rank in the year 2013. Dr. Santhy completed her Ph.D. in the area of ‘Electrochemical Sensors’ from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in the year 2023. To date, she has published 13 papers in international peer-reviewed journals, 8 conference papers and 5 book chapters. Her present research interest is focused on the development of electrochemical sensors for biomolecules, environmental pollutants, pharmaceuticals etc., and synthesis of various composite materials for electrocatalytic and energy storage applications.
