Bio

Dr. P. Jothilakshmi is an accomplished academic and researcher, presently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai Campus.

With 27 years of teaching and research experience, she has a strong academic and research profile in microwave antennas, RF and microwave engineering, communication systems, and other emerging technologies. In addition, six Ph.D. scholars have completed their research under her supervision, highlighting her valuable role in research guidance and academic mentorship. Her scholarly contributions include 157 publications in reputed journals, conferences, and book chapters, many of which are indexed in SCI, SCIE, and Scopus. In addition, she has completed two funded projects (GOVT), filed and published patents, and mentored several research scholars pursuing doctoral work in antenna design, satellite communication, wearable systems, and other advanced domains. She continues to actively contribute to research and innovation.
