Objectives and Outcomes
Course Objectives
- To understand the meaning, scope, and objectives of business and examine the micro and macro environmental factors influencing business decisions.
- To analyse the components of the economic environment, including fiscal and monetary policies, foreign investments, and key national initiatives shaping India’s economic landscape.
- To evaluate the social, cultural, ethical, and technological forces affecting business operations, sustainability, CSR, and ESG frameworks.
- To understand key legal and political frameworks governing businesses, including industrial policies and major regulatory statutes.
- To explore consumer protection mechanisms, SEZs, and contemporary global regulatory developments affecting international business.
