Abstract : The objectives of this study are to investigate physical health among school-going adolescents in different schools and compare gender differences, while also eliciting perspectives from parents and teachers. A mixed-methods explanatory sequential design informed by multistage cluster sampling was employed to select a sample of 600 school-going adolescents, 24 parents, and 24 teachers from Kollam district. The tools for data collection were the Indian Adolescent Health Questionnaire (IAHQ) and the interview guide. The quantitative data analysis was in Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and qualitative through ATLAS.ti software. The integrated findings revealed that school-going adolescents are vulnerable to health and its associated factors. Holistic care and support are necessary for school-going adolescents. The multi-disciplinary team and technological integration are essential for the well-being of school-going adolescents. The extensive services from individual to community level ensure the sustainable well-being of school-going adolescents.
