She/he will impart training to students of Amrita School of Engineering/Amrita School of Business/ASPS in respect of the following:

• Campus to Corporate transition


• Communication skills • Impact of communication in personal and professional life • Different aspects of communication


• Presentation skills • Non Verbal aspects of communication • Building Self confidence • Effectively engaging the audience


• Group Discussion • Interpersonal skills • Listening skills • Assertiveness skills • Initiative and leadership e. Self awareness and self presentation • SWOT analysis • Giving and receiving feedback about self.


• Counseling and mentoring activities for overall development of the student and reference


• Helping the students to prepare industry relevant resumes


• Conducting different types of special training for supporting the student’s placement


• Critical & Creative thinking j. Updating in the syllabus other areas that may be considered necessary to enhance the skills of the students.

• She/he is to impart training to students of other constituent schools of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on the above mentioned areas as and when directed by her/his superiors, if need be.


• She/he is to obtain industry feedback through General Manager-Career Competency Development, from time to time and accordingly review / modify the current training & development programme, related to her/his areas of training.


• Be updated with different university related accreditation requirements coming under the purview of the CIR learning and development activities.
