Key Requirements	1+ year of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, and app lifecycle Experience in state management using Riverpod or Bloc Knowledge of app architecture patterns such as MVVM / MVC Good understanding of Dependency Injection in Flutter Experience with Flutter animations, including: o Implicit & explicit animations o AnimationController, Tween, and Hero animations Experience in REST API integration and JSON parsing Basic experience with local storage (SharedPreferences / Hive) Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills Good to Have Apps published on Google Play Store / Apple App Store Basic knowledge of unit and widget testing
