Qualification	Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals will be preferred.
Job description	We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Postdoctoral Fellow to join our research team working in the areas of microbiology, immunology, bacteriophage biology, host-pathogen interactions, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and translational biotechnology. The candidate will be involved in designing and executing research projects, data analysis, manuscript preparation, grant writing support, and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students. The successful candidate should possess strong experimental skills in microbiology, molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, etc, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
Essential Skills	Microbial culturing and handling of bacterial pathogens. Mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays. Immunological techniques (ELISA, flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, immunoblotting, etc. Molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR, cloning, gene expression analysis, nucleic acid isolation). Microscopy and imaging-based assays. Bioinformatics and computational data analysis. Scientific writing, manuscript preparation, and presentation skills.
Desirable Skills	Experience in phage-host interaction studies and phage therapeutic development. Familiarity with transcriptomics, proteomics, genomics, or systems biology approaches. Experience with animal models and advanced imaging techniques will be an added advantage.
