• In the first round, the team shall submit an abstract of not more than 500 words. Last date to submit abstract is on or before October 10^th, 2018. Teams are notified about the acceptance within 5 days of the submission of the entry.
• Only those abstracts accepted by the committee is moved to the second round. They shall submit the design and implementation plan in not more than two pages on or before 20^th October 2018. The document should explain what the team will present during the event on December 1 to 3, 2018 and how they plan to do the rest and it’s time frame. The entries shall be uploaded in EasyCHair.
• 200 best proposals are selected for the final round. Teams shall present their ideas onsite at Coimbatore Campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham during the event scheduled on December 1, 2, 3.
