Job Title Field Coordinator cum Facilitator

Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Community Development, Agriculture, Sociology, or related disciplines
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of the Multiutility Centre and support livelihood and enterprise activities. 

  • Assist women beneficiaries and SHGs in income-generation initiatives and ensure proper use of centre facilities.

  • Organize exhibitions, product demonstrations, and market linkage activities.

  • Mobilize SHGs, farmers, and community members through meetings, awareness programmes, and consultations.

  • Facilitate formation, strengthening, and capacity building of SHGs and promote women's participation in livelihood and entrepreneurship initiatives.

  • Coordinate vocational training, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and leadership programmes.

  • Support beneficiaries in accessing government schemes and welfare programmes.

  • Monitor goatery activities in Kurumitha and KCPur villages through field visits and coordination with veterinary and technical experts.

  • Maintain records on goat distribution, treatment, breeding, mortality, and beneficiary performance.

  • Maintain beneficiary records, attendance, photographs, case studies, and activity documentation.

  • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports, field visit reports, and training reports.

  • Coordinate with project staff, government departments, banks, trainers, and local stakeholders to achieve project objectives. 

Required Skills

  • Community mobilization and facilitation skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience in SHG strengthening and women empowerment.

  • Documentation and reporting skills. • Ability to work independently in rural areas.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).

  • Proficiency in Odia and local dialects.

  • Effective functioning of the Multiutility Centre.

  • Strengthened SHGs and enhanced community participation.

  • Successful training and goatery programme implementation.

  • Timely reporting and improved livelihood outcomes.
