  • Prefer minimum of a Master’s degree, but will certainly consider someone with successful experiences and/or exceptional abilities in learning to present to groups
Job Description

  • Undergo training to learn our Workshop program content and delivery.

  • Be part of our support staff helping with other tasks as needed (e.g., workshop logistics; creating support materials, PPTs, etc).

  • Promote a transparent and positive team environment.

  • Collaborating with content creators as we develop ongoing content.

  • Basic knowledge of multimedia tools and technologies (not required, but desirable) that could be useful to our workshops.
Additional opportunity Participate in research and publish research papers and collaborate with academic institutions and experts from international universities
Experience and Qualities

  • Ability to support and help others with logistics and other needs.

  • Be a team player with a positive, supportive attitude.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and in a transparent manner.

  • Have qualities of humility, adaptability, flexibility.

  • Public speaking experience (will consider strong candidates without this experience).

  • Enthusiasm for education and creative approaches to help students develop inner strength, mental happiness, and wellbeing.

  • Keen attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving (organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
