Job Title Senior Manager - Social Media Growth

Qualification Any UG or PG degree with relevant experience.
Job Description The ideal candidate will ensure effective execution of social media initiatives and contribute significantly to overall admissions through an impactful digital presence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with admissions, branding, and engagement goals

  • Drive consistent growth in followers, reach, and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook)

  • Identify and leverage trends, formats, and platform algorithms to maximize visibility

  • Conceptualize and produce highly engaging, platform-native content (posts, reels, carousels, videos, threads)

  • Lead creative storytelling for programs, faculty, student journeys, and brand narratives

  • Ensure content is innovative, high-quality, and aligned with brand positioning

  • Own and deliver on key social media KPIs across all platforms
